ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom-made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customers are responsible for submitting the correct artwork, size, spelling, colors, and quantities. Files are printed exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, incorrectly sized, or improperly prepared artwork submitted by the customer.

For products requiring uploads, please submit a high-quality PNG with a transparent background unless otherwise stated.
